Return Policy

1. Overview
At Glitch Crate, we provide high-quality collectible anime figures and 3D printed objects. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Manufacturing Defects Only
We accept returns only for items with manufacturing defects. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but if you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos showing the defect
- Describe the defect in detail
3. Eligible Defects
Manufacturing defects include:
- Poor print quality or layer defects
- Wrong item shipped
- Physical damage from manufacturing (not shipping)
- Missing parts or accessories
4. Not Eligible for Return
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Minor color variations (each item is uniquely printed)
- Damage caused during shipping (see below)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Ordered wrong item by mistake
5. Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
- Keep all original packaging
- We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier
6. Return Process
To request a return for a manufacturing defect:
- Email us at support@glitchcrate.com within 48 hours
- Include your order number and photos
- We'll review your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label
- Items must be returned in original packaging
7. Refunds & Replacements
For approved manufacturing defect returns:
- You can choose a replacement or full refund
- We cover all return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Replacement items shipped within 3 business days
